Description
Log LiveSend and Email Blast engagement to Marketo. These activities can then be used to improve lead scoring, report on interesting moments, and detect buying signals in top-of-the-funnel activities for customers. For all LiveSend viewing sessions where the viewer is known and has a matching lead in Marketo, Seismic will write back detailed engagement metrics to a custom activity called Seismic Engagement.
How this app works
Use the Marketo Activity Writeback to:
- Log engagement metrics: for every engagement with a Seismic LiveSend link where the recipient’s email aligns with a Marketo lead, Seismic will log the engagement metrics to the lead on a custom activity named Seismic Engagement.
- Measure engagement: data points include document name, total time viewed, percentage of pages viewed, and download details.
Prerequisites
Must be a Marketo customer.
