The Automated Content Publish app is designed for customers who want to introduce efficiencies by publishing content to specific folders on a set schedule, e.g. nightly. Clients using LiveDocs Express (LDX) will benefit by pairing high volume generation jobs with an automated method of publishing content afterwards. The app is also ideal for clients who need to publish frequent content additions and updates.
Client can specify teamsite, folder path, and expiration days in the configuration screen. When the app runs on its set schedule, it will look for newly updated content in the target teamsite and folders, update the expiration of the content (if needed) and then publish to all eligible content profiles. The content profiles to publish to are determined based on dynamic and synced folder rules; subjective publishing rules are not supported.
