Automatically log Seismic related activities to Dynamics 365
General Information
Description
Automatically log Seismic related activities to Microsoft Dynamics 365. All activity will be logged to the associated Contact or Lead record's activity history Admins can individually subscribe to a subset of supported activities to log. Additional customizations exist to set the task type as well as map additional attributes as custom fields for each activity
How this app works
After installing this app, you can configure which activities to log to Microsoft Dynamics 365:
Emails
Log email distributions from Seismic. This includes:
- Digital Sales Rooms / LiveSend
- Email Blast
- and our Email Apps
In addition, we support the ability to opt out of logging on Email Blast and Email Apps to offer admins more control over what is logging back to Microsoft Dynamics 365
Session Summaries
Turn on session summaries to log buyer engagements back to Microsoft Dynamics 365
